Review Process

Following our preliminary research we produce a briefing document outlining the job specification, the attractions to the candidates, a schedule of events, and if required, advice on the most cost effective advertising strategy. We then begin our search and selection, carrying out an in-depth interview on all suitably qualified and compatible executives.

We know from experience that this in-depth approach is the most reliable way to minimise the risk of an inappropriate staff appointment.
