The Interview Process

All our recruitment service candidates are interviewed in a searching 2 hour session. The key areas that we examine are:- life plan, career plan, achievements, planning skills, motivation, man management and team building skills and references.

This is an in-depth interview to ascertain whether the individual has genuine talent or simply been lucky. Previous candidates confirm that our company conducts the most searching interviews of any that they have been put through. As a result of this, we have never been called to task by an employer over the submission of a poorly matched candidate for interview, let alone the recruitment of someone inappropriate.

Reference Checking

This is the area where Focus Executive Ltd. differentiate ourselves from our competitors. Due to our extensive contacts in the marketplace we can take out a reference discreetly, from more than one source.

Our reference checking is not designed to ascertain whether candidates are good or bad, since few individuals are either outstanding or useless. Rather we are trying to discover specifically what they are good at, and which roles they should avoid.

We have built a database of 4,000 people in the industry. This enables us to locate people who know the individual concerned very quickly.
